Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing ukprizeclub.co.uk ("UK Prize Club", the "Platform"), creating an account, or playing any game, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please do not use the Platform (Reginald understands and bears no ill will).

2. Operator

The Platform is operated by M3 Marketing Lim, a company registered in England and Wales, with registered office at 2-7 Clerkenwell Green, London, EC1R 0DE, United Kingdom. Contact: [email protected].

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to register or use UK Prize Club. By registering, you confirm you are 18 or over and that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where social gaming is lawfully permitted.

4. Nature of the Platform — Not Gambling

UK Prize Club is a free social casino for entertainment purposes only. It is not gambling under the Gambling Act 2005. Specifically: the Platform does not require a real money stake; does not award prizes of "money or money's worth" (Gambling Act 2005, s.6(2)); Crowns are not "money or money's worth" and have no monetary value; the Platform does not hold and is not required to hold an operating licence from the Gambling Commission.

5. Crowns Virtual Currency

Crowns (♛) are a virtual points system. Crowns: (a) have no monetary or financial value; (b) cannot be exchanged for real money, cryptocurrency, gift cards, vouchers, or any goods or services; (c) cannot be transferred between accounts; (d) cannot be purchased with real money; (e) are earned through gameplay only. M3 Marketing Lim reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Crowns system at any time.

6. Honorary Member Subscription

Honorary Member is a cosmetic subscription at £3.99 per month, inclusive of UK VAT at 20%. It provides cosmetic features only and confers no gameplay advantage. You may cancel at any time via Settings → Subscription. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, unless digital content delivery has begun with your explicit consent.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: use bots or automated tools; create multiple accounts; exploit bugs; harass members; attempt to attribute monetary value to Crowns; impersonate staff.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform is owned by M3 Marketing Lim or its licensors and is protected by copyright law.

9. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.

10. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UK law, M3 Marketing Lim shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform, subject to non-excludable liability.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted at least 14 days before they take effect.
